Encona Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Chicken Wings

Method

    Season your wings with your favourite seasoning or simply salt and pepper, we recommend Encona Jamaican Jerk Marinade.

    Place Wings in oven proof dish or tray and roast in the oven on medium for around 50 mins until thoroughly cooked. Turn frequently to ensure they are crispy all over.

    Whilst the wings are cooking combine the Jerk Marinade and Mayo and place in a serving bowl.

    Slice Spring Onions

    Once wings are cooked, remove wings from cooking dish and place in bowl, add Encona Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam and coat all the wings.

    You can serve at this point, but we recommend returning them to the cooking dish from which any oil has been drained and placing back in the oven on a high heat for 5-10 mins or until the Encona Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam has become sticky.

    Whichever way you choose to serve with Jerk Mayo and sprinkle with Spring onion

    You can use fresh, chilled, or frozen Chicken wings just adjust the cooking time.
